This service is operated independently and is not legally affiliated with any educational institution, though specific usage rules apply to students.

2. Identity Verification & Know Your Customer (KYC)
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and protect our infrastructure, all users requesting a page or subdomain must complete a basic Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

• Required Information: You must provide accurate and verifiable personal details, including your full legal name, active contact email address, and school or student identification if requested.
• Verification Standards: We reserve the right to verify student status or identity before approving any subdomain allocation or hosting request.
• False Information: Submitting false, deceptive, or proxy information during the request process will result in immediate termination of the request, permanent revocation of allocated subdomains, and blacklisting from the service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy
Allocated pages and subdomains must be used responsibly. You may not host or distribute:

• Illegal content under Irish or European Union law.
• Content intended to harass, bully, impersonate, or defame students, educators, or other individuals.
• Malware, phishing pages, credential harvesters, or malicious scripts.
• Material that violates intellectual property rights or copyright laws.

Failure to adhere to these standards will result in immediate removal of the hosted site without prior notice.
